## v1.0.43: Quality of Life (2026-10-27)

- **New: Offline Mode.** Play solo without a connection. In Offline Mode the pause menu actually pauses.
- **New: Chill Mode** (see [Game Modes](https://crack-wiki.pages.dev/guides/game-modes/)):
  - No bedtime. The day clock just shows the shift summary.
  - No sleep aid fee.
  - Puzzles stay on the easiest difficulty, and shop purchases don't need them.
  - Bots never break down.
  - The egg gets agitated half as fast.
  - Failing events like productivity audits has no penalty.
  - No pipe bursts or scaffold-breaking events.
- **New:** Vulkan launch option for cards with DX11 issues.
- Default **sleep aid fee lowered from $20 to $5**.
- **Fixed:** dream bonuses lost if the game was closed before the end-of-day summary.
- **Fixed:** calcite veins missing on some AMD and Intel graphics cards.

## v1.0.36: AMD Radeon Graphics Fix (2026-10-27)

- Reverted a v1.0.35 change that caused issues on **AMD 9000-series** cards.

## v1.0.35: Release Hotfix #2 (2026-10-27)

- Golf carts can be upgraded from anywhere, not just when parked in the bay.
- Snake turns respond properly in multiplayer. Top speed lowered to make **Snake Whisperer** easier.
- New **Reduce Camera Motion** setting (General menu).
- **Fixed:** Calcite not appearing for hosts on some AMD/Intel cards.
- **Fixed:** day never starting after passing out in the break room.
- **Fixed:** pipe puzzle completing without registering.
- Hosting/joining gives up after 30 s without a Steam connection, instead of hanging on *Connecting…*.

## v1.0.31: Release Hotfix #1 (2026-10-27)

- Steam timeout raised from 10 to 30 seconds.
- **Invert Y axis** toggle added.
- [REDACTED] made unshreddable to prevent softlocks.
- **Fixed:** leaderboard entries with Cyrillic characters not showing.

## v1.0: Launch (2026-10-26)

- Released on Steam at 9:30 AM PT for **$7.99**, 15% off for launch week.
- Windows, Mac, Linux and Steam Deck. 1–4 player online co-op. 40 achievements. Speedrun leaderboard.
