Developer Console & Commands

Community-reported, unverified. This list comes from a Steam Community guide that Steam has since removed. We list it for reference. Commands may change or stop working in any patch.

Achievements warning: Unlocking cheats disables achievements, stats and leaderboards until you restart the game.

Opening the console

• Press Ctrl + Shift + ~ (the tilde/backquote key under Esc).
• Two commands work without unlocking:
  • fog: toggle world fog
  • mute_pa: mute or unmute PA announcements
• Everything else first needs unlock_commands followed by the code given in the community guide.
• Most world and gameplay commands are host-only.

Player & money

motherlode	Add money to your account
fly	Toggle fly mode
inf_toolbox	Infinite toolboxes, refills existing ones
tp <target>	Teleport to a named target

Unlocks & progression

Command	Effect
catalog	Unlock all shop catalogs
bot_upgrade	Max out all purchased robots
garage	Unlock garage terminals and doors
quarters	Open all player quarters
open_gateway	Open the main Lab Gateway
task_complete	Complete the current Daily Work Order step
simshift	Simulate finishing the current shift
break_drones	Force all drones/bots to break down

World, time & events

Command	Effect
time <HH> / time <HH:MM>	Set the clock
toggletime	Freeze or unfreeze the clock
trigger_event <index>	Trigger a world event by slot
heal_hotspots	Trigger egg hot-spot healing
hide_egg / show_egg	Hide or show the egg
save / checkpoint	Force a save or load the last checkpoint

Camera & capture
